Terms & Conditions

Please note that by making a booking an appointment with LJM Massage  you are agreeing to LJM Massage’s Terms & Conditions, and to attend the appointment you have booked. Please take the time to read through this information carefully.

Appointments

You can make an appointment with LJM Massage in a number of ways including telephone, text or email. Appointments are available for a variety of durations from 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Upon making a booking, you will receive confirmation containing all the relevant details. You will also receive a reminder of the booking 1 day prior to your appointment.  You will be required to complete a medical form at your appointment before any treatment can take place.

Cancellations & Late Arrival

If you are late to your appointment, the session will continue with the remaining time available, and will conclude at the original agreed time for the same fee.

A minimum of 24 hours notice must be given to cancel an appointment. Failure to attend an appointment with less than 24 hours notice of cancellation will incur the charge for the full appointment and no refunds will be provided.  If you cancel outside of the 24 hour period then you will be offered to rebook within that same week.  No refunds will be provided.

An invoice for any cancellation / ‘no show’ charges will be sent to you by email for payment by bank transfer within 7 days. Following a cancellation, payment must be received before any further massage bookings can be taken.
