Payment Policy
If you decide not to pay on booking then you will be sent a payment link via SumUp to secure your appointment. This must be paid on receipt. This helps eliminate issues with non attendance or last minute cancellations. I appreciate your understanding

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation of an appointment within 24 hours or any no shows will incur 100% of the cost of the treatment booked and unfortunately no refunds will be provided.
If you have paid in advance and cancel within 48 hours then you will be able to reschedule your appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
