• If you are feeling unwell or have cold like symptoms please reschedule your appointment.
• Face Masks are not required.
• Please note if you have had a Covid Vaccination or Booster then please wait at least 10 days before booking a treatment. This is to ensure that you have full immunity and are fit and well for your appointment.
• Prior to your appointment you will be sent a Consultation Form which needs to be completed prior to your appointment.

Cleaning and Hygiene Protocols will remain the same as usual

• There will be a minimum of 15 minutes break between client treatments to ensure full sanitisation of the room and equipment can be completed.
• Cleaning of the couch, bolsters and face cradles will be done between each client.
• All towels and couch covers will be replaced after each client.
• The room will be fully ventilated between each client with the door kept open and the fan on.
